“Doux-Amer Café is the story of a fortunate reconversion motivated by my passion for specialty coffee.
After many years working in Paris in the fashion and cosmetics sectors,
I wanted to give a more essential meaning to my life. I trained as a professional barista in one of the best schools endorsed by the SCA in order to promote an exquisite and complex product, coffee, sharing moments of closeness with my clients.
